Wellbeing & Vitality
Employee wellbeing is a top priority at TAUW. We believe a healthy work-life balance promotes long-term employability and overall success. Our goal is a happy, healthy and productive workforce that fosters a resilient and thriving organization. We understand that well-being encompasses physical fitness, mental health, and opportunities for enjoyment – after all, happy employees are productive employees! To support this, we implemented a variety of initiatives in 2024.
Vitality afternoon TAUW Netherlands
On a Friday in June, TAUW and Syntraal, hosted their annual outdoor Vitality afternoon together with our partner, the KNZB. The event focused on both vitality and team building. The day began with a presentation emphasizing the importance of physical activity in a demanding work environment. Approximately 200 colleagues participated in a variety of sports, including golf, running, volleyball, yoga, bootcamp, walking and open water swimming. The event offered activities suitable for all fitness levels, ensuring everyone could participate and enjoy themselves. Following the sports activities, attendees had time to relax, socialize and have a nice dinner together.

This adjustment shows we’re serious about giving our employees what they are looking for, it helps us stay a great place to work and keep talent on board.
