TAUW Netherlands Trainee Selection Day: Talent of the Future

Following a successful online campaign, TAUW Netherlands opened its doors on 9 April2024, for the Trainee Selection Day. We welcomed 55 keen candidates, whom we were delighted to introduce to the dynamics and culture of TAUW. It was a day filled with energy and promising talent, and thanks to the enthusiastic commitment of our own colleagues, it was a great success!

The selection day resulted in the appointment of ten talented trainees, who started with us between June and September 2024. These young professionals are embarking on a challenging and educational eighteen months, during which they will rotate to a different team every six months. They will have ample opportunity to get to know TAUW in its entirety and to develop their talents to the fullest.

We are proud of this new cohort of trainees; their fresh perspective and drive are a valuable addition to our organization. We are looking forward to building a sustainable future together!
