TAUW France Human Element experience program

At TAUW, we recognize that our greatest asset is our people. This is why TAUW France is rolling out the “Human Element” experience program (The Human Element® | Maximizing the Potential of Your People). In 2024, 33 French colleagues took part in this experience. This initiative focuses on developing essential interpersonal skills and fosters a culture of collaboration and support among employees. By enhancing emotional intelligence, our team members are better equipped to engage with clients which improves overall satisfaction and ultimately leads to more successful project outcomes. The training encourages continuous learning and personal growth. That ensures that our employees evolve professionally and personally in a dynamic environmental consultancy sector. During the program, participants learn crucial conflict resolution and negotiation skills, which empowers them to navigate challenges with confidence. The “Human Element” training not only benefits our employees but also strengthens the position of TAUW France as a leader in environmental consultancy committed to prioritizing the well-being and development of its workforce.
