Diversion TAUW 2024
Country management teams division 2024
We recognize that vital living environments, just like the solutions we design, flourish on a diversity of perspectives. Our passionate teams, with unique backgrounds and expertise, fuel our “diversity of thought” to craft the best solutions. We’re making strides in gender and cultural diversity, fostering a more inclusive culture where everyone feels valued. In 2024, 35,56% of employees and 38,40% of management were female and 0,07% of our employees registered as non-binary. We’re committed to continuous progress on this matter. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity are part of our Code of Conduct and therefore a part of our daily job.
We believe that when people from different backgrounds can be themselves, it creates an enjoyable work environment and leads to the best outcomes for us and for our clients. We promote diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization and firmly commit to ensuring everyone is treated fairly in all employment aspects:
- We strive for interesting and satisfying jobs for everyone; people are empowered to develop their talents and are valued for their contribution.
- We recognize that each person has different talents and circumstances, and we offer varying levels of support were possible, depending on individual needs.
- We select and promote employees based on their performance, experience and competences. We strive for a diverse workforce.
- We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment or exclusion based on or because of gender, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, etc. (see also the Harassment statement below).

Every year during “Hey, Are You Okay?” week an initiative of the Dutch construction and infrastructure sector – we make sure to ask this specifically While we encourage employees to speak up, it is also important to ask ‘hey, Are You Okay? And to truly listen to the answer. When you go beyond the politeness and listen authentically, you often find you have the most wonderful conversations So, dare to ask the question and dare to answer it as yourself. Dare to be yourself!
